Hi There,
I am planning on Travelling during the Spring Festival and was wondering if I should book hotels a month or more in advanced or 1-2weeks before my actual trip.

Alot of people are saying that I should book it in advanced as much as possible, but I have also been advised that because it is the low season and winter, not much tourists go at that time, and it is best to wait for cheaper prices.

Does anyone know any good hotels around the Wangfujing area that are great for viewing fireworks?

I would also like to know what time the Temple Fairs usually start?

Thanks in Advanced!

That is not the peak season for travel, so book the hotel one month earlier is okay. If the hotel has sales or discounts, the price information should be made out one month earlier. Wangfujing is a busy commercial area. It seems fireworks is forbiddened in its central area. If the building is high, you may see the fireworks not far away.
