Dear Alvin!

I checked some other forums and it is said that the rule of only extended twice is not applied on a spouse (Family) L visa.

I am looking forwad to receive response from Mr.Sam and muazu also.

For applying Spouse Family L visa i have below mentioned documents:-

1: Marriage License (not notarized from concerned dept in china, it is simple one we got from the marriage deptt in China)

2: My wife's ID Card's copy.

3: My wife's hu kou copy and original

4: Invitation letter written by my Wife (Original)

4: My Valid passport and pictures

5: My recent Visa photocopies

6: Visa application form i'll fill out when i go to embassy

Please let me know if there is still something missing?

In this Visa form i will select 1 year Multiple Entry, so do you think would i get it too or it is really depend on the Ambassador's decision?

your documents are almost complete, the document which you got if its name is "Gong Zheng shu", then on it respective authority must have said its notarized. check again with the concerned department.

you need,
1.Gongzheng shu (along with one photocopy of it)
2.Jiehunzheng (along with one photocopy of it)
3.Hukou of your wife (only photocopy)
4.Wife's ID Card (only photocopy)

along with your passport( Photocopy of first page of passport along with recent Chinese visas) and of course with the filled up VISA FORM. on visa form there would be option multiple entries valid for 12 months, you check that option.

when you submit these documents in Chinese embassy Islamabad, they will ask you regarding your stay and purpose. And accordingly they will grant you the visa with out any problem.

it is possible that they might give you visa for 24 months with 6 month stay with multiple eateries, and could also be possible for 3 months single entry. in both cases stay happy with the embassy and dont waste any time to love your family.
