About:China Work Visa

I'll go to China to be a chef with my husband if i ask for visa type Z from Thailand for the first time
1.is it possible to do it?
2.I want to know rate of tax in China if i am a chef is it 5%?

For the first time, I think it is difficult to get one in Thailand. Anyway, you can have a try before back to your country. If you both are invited to work in China, you should provide the visa notice or cable from an authorized organization and "Employment Permit for Foreigners in the People's Republic of China" issued by the Labor Ministry.

Hello.
The Z Visa Process is a joke.
Lie about a criminal record. Have warrants out.
Do rush processing, I suggest.
Make sure you have a physical and the tuberculosis test.
Also have copies of EVERYTHING.
2 passport photos.
let them sort it out at the window.
They will. fill everything out.
grab two numbers while waiting in line.
One...then wait 15-20 mins and grab another..just in case you need to redo/resign/recopy.
Look nice, too.
This will get you a visa.
