About:Chinese Embassy in Switzerland

hi I am swiss citizen and want to visit china for three weeks, i try to contact embassy in bern for appointment but nobody reply it was answering matchine which i didnt understand because it was another language. could u pls help me how i can get visa or if i go direct in embassy without appointment, will it be ok

there is no visa appointment required in Chinese Embassy in Switzerland, but please note that their office time is 9:00-12:00 Monday to Friday.
