About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi..Iam from Philippines but staying and working here in Singapore, I applying for my Canadian Permanent Visa, however they were requiring me to secure a Police Clearance in China since I have worked there before (1993-1995 Shen Zhen China).

Can anybody guide or advise me on how to secure Police Clearance or criminal records thru China Embassy in Singapore (Is this possible?).

thanks & hoping to here from you soon

You can't get the Police Clearance or Criminal Record through China embassy in Singapore, you have to return to Shenzhen, China to the police station in Shenzhen which covers the jurisdiction of your residence in Shenzhen to get the Police Clearance.

Hello JohnNash,

Thanks for your comments (appreciated), seems there was no other choice but to go to Shenzhen huh...which I will be needing a VISA to go there...wow that was tough and not sounds appropriate to me.

Thank you very much
