1. you should go to the visa office of Consulate-General of China in Vancouver to renew your China passport

2. you need to bring your present passport and its copy, one completed passport application form, the canadian residence permit and its copy, if you have lived in Canada for 3 years, you should also need to provide the Search of Canadian Citizenship Records

3. it takes 10 working days if your present passport is not lost.
