timetables for huangpu river cruise?

Hello!

Me and my friends are in Shanghai the whole July and went to Bund to ask for intstructions about the cruise. The ticket officer didn't speak English and couldn't ask answer to the questions. We would be intrested in a short cruise in the evening. So, what are the timetables? And we would really love to cruise on that heavily lighted dragon boat if possible.
