About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

Can I go to the China embassy in Ottawa, drop the Visa application form and all the other related documents and send a friend of mine to pick up the Visa when it will be ready?

yes, you can send your friend to pick up your China visa, please give the PICK-UP Receipt to the your friend, which is the certificate to collect the visa.
