About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi i would like to ask if i still need a bank certificate to apply for china visa? My boyfriend is inviting me to stay with him in Shanghai for less than 30 days. he is not holding a resident visa but a working visa is it possible he can just send me invitation letter and copy of his passport and visa? thanks!

yes, he can send you an invitation letter and copy of his passport and visa, if it is the first time for you to apply for China visa, the bank statement is required, if your boyfriend will sponsor this trip, you can provide his bank statement.
