Hi,
I would like to buy 3 hard sleeper tickets from Beijing West to Shanghai on the 18th of July. Can I please know how I can access the booking enquiry form?

Train ticket booking enquiries on the website will only be accepted at least 12 days prior to the train's departure date, that is to say, for the tickets on July 18, 2010, you should submit the online booking enquiry from at least before July 6. Now, the tickets on that date have been started selling at the train stations, maybe you could contact the stations to buy the tickets.
