About:Death of Emperor Qin Shi Huang

Looking back at the history can be so conflicting in my thoughts...
Emperor Qin Shi Huang ruling is known to be cruel and inhuman for the punishment he can think off.
But on the other way of looking at this.... He did great contribution by his cruelty...
