About:Taiwan Attractions

I plan wan to go taiwan too... Can tell me when is the best time to go which the weather is neither too cold or too hot.. and hope there is sales in taiwan where i can do nice shopping... thank you...

Go there in November. There will be sales during the Christmas and Chinese New Year.
