Does anyone know the bus & how long it take from Wenzhou to Changzhou?
Does any webite can check the longdistance bus fare?

If you know Chinese, you can go to the official website of Wenzhou bus Station, Google 温州汽车站 and you'll get it, there you can get the authorized timetable of long distance buses.
You can take bus at Wenzhou South Bus Station, they leave at 09:30, 17:20 and 22:00 everyday. It takes around 12 hours to reach Changzhou.
