About:Tibet Attractions

Hello,
My partner and I wish to visit Tibet next year - we have no idea how to plan this holiday and am finding it difficult to find information. We plan to travel down from Beijing and want to spend most of our time in that holy land. We are hoping to get a 2 month visa and if possible stay somewhere for a few days (week) to do meditation/yoga etc however want this to be traditional rather than a hotel tour type holiday.
Are you able to assist at all?
Thank you,
Rose - Australia

Well, firstly it is suggested that you travel by train. Or fly there from Beijing and then back to Beijing by train. The sightseeing along the railway is so charming~ one to two weeks is ample for you to visit in this region. On the other hand, you should get a special Travel Permit to that region in advance.

This website has supplied many itineraries to that region. I think you could make a plan accordingly: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/tour/tibet/
