I had brought promotional ticket to Hainan Island (departure on 23/09/10) for my mother in law, who is old. Recently she just deceased and as it is a promotional ticket, I would like to offer its as gift to my auntie who had never been to Hainan Island. I wonder is it possible to change the ticket to her name, without a price rise.
