About:Huanglong National Scenic Reserve

Is there a bus from Jiuhuang Airport that stops at the Huanglong Scenic Park for a few hours and then continues onto Jiuzhaigou Valley?

No such kind of bus. The fact is, Jiuhuang Airport is between Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong, closer to Huanglong. The airport have shuttle bus to Huanglong, but very few. Huanglong also have buses to Jiuzhaigou. So, hire a taxi if you do not want to wait. If you travel alone, share a taxi with other travelers.
