I don’t know if you need to exchange the money in Philippines or Guangzhou. But there are money exchange facilities in guangzhou Baiyun International airport.
Foreign Currency Exchange: Passengers can exchange foreign currencies in the International Arrival Hall. The foreign currencies include dollars, euros, yens, Hong Kong dollars and so on. Service hours: 08:00 – 21:00.
There are also banks there.
Banks: At present, there are two banks in the Terminal Building, including Agricultural Bank of China and Guangdong Development Bank. Both are equipped with ATMs.
Agricultural Bank of China: in the F and G zones, southeast corner of the third floor of the Terminal Building.
Guangdong Development Bank: by the side of N Island of the Terminal Building.
