About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

I am a US citizen currently in Bali doing some service work and had my passport stolen. In my passport was my China Visa for single entry in September. I have a copy of the visa. I have applied for a new passport. I will be traveling to Tokyo in August. What do I need to do to get a new VISA. The one that was stolen is a single type F good for 180 days. Who do I contact to let them know about the stolen one?

Do you hold the Lost Report for your passport from the local police station in Bali? If you have it and the copy of China visa, please go to the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Surabaya to apply for a new China visa, the lost report is not recognized in Tokyo, if you want to get the China F visa in Tokyo, maybe you should have the valid Japan visa or Alien Registration Card valid for more than 6 months.
