About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

Hi,
I am holding a Canadian Passport but living here in Manila with my parents for almost 8 mos. now... I would like to take my parents to Shanghai. Can I apply here in Manila for Tourist Visa along with my parents.

If you all hold the residence permit or work permit in Manila valid for more than 6 months, you and your parents can apply for China visa in Manila for tourist visa.
