About:Yangzhou

I once overstayed my tourist visa about a year ago, and was fined 5000 rmb. I have an invitation to do business with a chinese company, but i have read somewhere that you cant upgrade any china visas if you have previously overstayed your visa!!..my company say it wont be a problem, but does anyone know for sure??

You won't have problem for you to apply for business visa, if you have paid for the fine 5000 RMB, the record for overstay is cleared. If you didn't pay for the fine, your record will be remained.

Can you change your tourist visa to business visa in china still??..or do you have to go back to your home country?..cheers

It is hard to change tourist visa into business visa within Mainland China, you'd btter go back to your home country to apply for business visa with the invitation letter from the company.
