Take taxi to China Hotel, there you can take the direct bus from Guangzhou to Hong Kong Airport. It would cost CNY250 but it is the most convenient one. If you find it too expensive, you can take train from Guangzhou to Shenzhen and take railway from Lo Wu Customs to Sheung Shui Station, then take A43 bus to the airport, it would cost more than CNY150.
