About:Chinese Embassy in Netherlands

Hello, I am an Israeli passport holder, coming to Holland for vacation, I plan to go to china after my visit.
can I get a Chinese L visa from the China Embassy in Netherlands?

You can't get a Chinese L visa from the China embassy in Netherlands if you don't have the netherland residence permit valid for 6 months.
