About:Tianjin Transportation

I am traveling with my husband, handicapped daughter (wheelchair bound) to visit China, Beijing, Tianjin and would like to know please if you can advise me as to Handicapped accessibility for my daughter. We find some countries not too handicapp accesible and we are hoping China will be different. Please advise if we will find ramps on the street and about buses and train handicapped accessibility. Thank you.
