About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

i and my child are malaysian citizen while my husband, a Indian citizen who resides with us at malaysia will be coming to Beijing on a week holiday tour. our travel agent will arrange for our visa. just out of curiosity, i would like to inquire can we apply for the visa (me, my child and my husband) at china embassy, malaysia? any special requirement for indians who travels to china? please revert. thank you.

You can't apply for China visa from the embassy in Malaysia, you have to apply for it through the Chinese visa application service center in KL or the travel agency, the embassy only accept China visa application from diplomatic/service/official passport holders.

You huband also need to provide Malaysian residence permit valid for at least 6 months for China visa application in Malaysia
