About:Haikou Weather

I am planning to go to Haikou from 21st Nov to 26th Nov, or 28th Nov to 3rd Dec, or 5th Dec to 10th Dec. Can anyone advise me which week is the best to go there? thanks

nov is more better,not too much people there ,
