About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi ,I am a Burundi national residing in china , can i apply for china L visa in the philippines ? i have lease agreement , my landlord id ? i cannot return to my country as it isnt safe at the moment , any input would be highly appreciated.

Ms.Ary, you are residing in China now, why do you apply for a visa in Philippine? Is your China visa going to expire soon?

You can't get a China visa from Philippines if you don't hold Philippines residence permit valid for more than 6 months.
