hi
i really2 need your help....
my mother is came from China,now she is the permanence Malaysia.
now she went renew her passport but the Imigresen Malaysia said need the letter from Embassy China for verify she never have the passport from China.....
now what can i do?

Then, you need go to the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia to get a statement letter from the consular.
