About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

I am sri lankan who is working in U.A.E on reseidence U.A.E visa,I am planning to visit my friends in Hong Kong.Kindly advise me do I visa to enter Hong Kong OR can I get visa on arrival at the Airport.Many thanks
