Xia is the first hereditary in Chinese history from previous demise policy and regarded as a slavery Nation. This dynasty was much like a trial alliance. The whole nation was divided into nine prefectures, which is called Jiu zhou in Chinese. We still call China the region of Jiu Zhou now. That is because of the nice prefectures in Xia Dynasty.1
