About:China Visa on Arrival

My boss is Belgian and needs to go to Beijing tomorrow for a meeting. His china visa has expired. Is he able to apply for a chinse visa on arrival in Beijing? assuming that he has an invitation letter from our representative in China.

If he is invited to take part in an meeting, and has no time to get a visa beforehand, he can get a visa at the ports in Beijing which is authorized by national Public Security Bureau.
