It is about 400km from Beijing to Xingtai. It guess you should pay 800-1000RMB from Beijing to Xingtai if you hire a taxi. I suggest you take trains. There are also bullet trains which takes no more than 3 hours and the train ticket is 121/145RMB. Other T or K trains are cheaper a little.0
