hello ms. cindy,
my name is phia mendoza cheng, mother is filipina citizen and father is chinese citizen, i have all his document the original and ubix copy, i have read that china law does not recognized dual citizenship, and must choose either one of them.
how can i be a chinese citizen? what will be the process and requirements?
