About:China Train

I had already posted a message requesting booking a soft sleeper for 3 people on July 19 or 20th. I did not receive a response. Should I be using some other contact process?

It is said that the website now does not provide the train tickets booking service to and from Tibet. You would better contact some other agencies to buy the tickets.
