About:Chinese Embassies in Europe

Hi, I am a Singaporean and will be in Hong Kong for an exchange program. Do I need a multiple-entry visa to China from Hong Kong then? Or I can visit China simply with my Singapore passport? If so, what is the maximumn duration of my stay in China?

You can visit China simply with your Singapore passport because Singaporeans are exempt from a visa to Mainland China for up to 15 days, therefore, your maximumn stau duration per entry in China is 15 days, if you want to stay longer in Mainland China, you'd better apply for a multiple-entry China visa in Singapore or in Hong Kong.
