About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

I have a double-entry Chinese visa with the 30 days of duration for each stay. Is that enough after 30 days to take a train to HK Or Macau , and without entering that countries come back again to china and stay another 30 days(use my second entry).

I think you need to enter Hk or Macau, then your passport will has the entry stamp of HK or Macau, then re-enter Mainland China for the second entry, otherwise, you will be denied to enter Mainland China because you don't have the entry stamp of another country/region after your first entry into Mainland China.
