About:China Visa

Dear Sir, my husband would like to get a visa to visit mongolia, and will be transiting a few days in beijing from Singapore before reaching Ulanbaatar. Will he be able to apply for a visa via a travel agent or someone else if his passport is not in Singapore? As he is currently working in Spain and not coming back till the time of travel. Pls advise, thanks.

Ms.Png, as I know, Singapore passport holders are exempt from a visa to Mainland China for up to 15 days, so your husband doesn't need a visa to Beijing for the transit.

Singapore passport holders are also exempt from a visa to Mongolia for up to 14 days, so he won't need to apply for Mongolian visa for less than 14 days visit.
