About:China Customs Declaration

Hi
we are relocating to Suzhou for a few years. Will be shipping our belongings through air shipment. Was told that the shanghai custom rule states
that we cannot bring more than 6kg (about 4 tins of 1.8kg) milk powder. My 4 years old consumes 2 tins a month!!
We intend yo bring 24 tins over. Will it be ok? Any other way?
Many thanks

The fact is it should be 5kg only during the Expo. Consider to ask you friend or family to send them for you?!
