About:China Visa

Hello, I am Indian National. My husband has got Phd offer in china and will stay for 3 years. I want to join him in China . Can you tell me the procedure please

Mrs.Malabika, you can apply for dependant visa, please prepare the below documents:
1. your passport valid for at least 3 years and 6 months
2. one completed visa application form affixed with one recent passport photo
3. copy of your data pages of your passport
4. copy of your husband's passport
5. marriage license between you and your husband
6. copy of your husband's admisstion letter and JW201 or Jw202

to ensure the success of your visa application, you'd better go to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in New Delhi or Mumbai to enquire the detailed procedure.

Thanks a lot Mr Mark... also I wanted to mention that my husband has got the Chinese government scholarship for these 3 years...I have one more question about my Visa...am I allowed to work in China ( like teaching English etc ) . Thanks again
