About:China City Guide

I am a 43 yr old womsn and have raised my grandson (who is now 7) since birth. Neither one of us has been out of Canada's arctic towns for a long time. I have contacted many of the employers in China who are looking for an English as Second Language (ESL) teacher. I was wondering if anyone had advice on where to teach and more importantly where not to! :)
I would like to arrive in China by the middle of August in order to give my grandson time to settle before he would have to start school. I need to make a decision where to go as time is ticking away.
I would appreciate any advice or input that anyone would like to share.

Thanks so much

Since you and your grandson coming to China the first time, I think you'd better stay in Beijing, since there has the most foreign teachers and you'll meet many people from your country and your life would be easier than in other cities of China. Good Luck!
