About:Hefei Travel

I will be taking train from Beijing to Hefei (Z73 train) arriving Hefei in the morning. How I do I travel to HuangShan to see HuangShan? I plan to spend 4 days there.
Any suggestions as to the route and any local tour arrangement? I have prepared myself for two months to hike HuangShan. Would I need to start the tour the next day after I arrive at HuangShan the first day?

You should take train from Hefei to HuangShan.
The best east-facing viewing areas are Dawn Pavilion, Refreshing Platform, Lion Peak, Rosy Clouds Peak, Bright Peak Summit, Jade Screen Peak, Lotus Blossom Peak and Heavenly Capital Peak; best times to view a sunrise:
Spring ---- 05:30-06:00
Summer ---- 04:40-05:10
Fall ---- 04:50-05:20
Winter ---- 05:30-06:00
Before and after sunrise is the best time to see sunglow. As with viewing the sunrise, you should be in position early.

You can start from the first day.

Mrs Joy

When entering the HuangShan scenic area, which gate or route is the best way to approach it to have the best view of the mountains? (Where is the best starting point to approach the area?)

Where is the Warm Spring area? Could be a nice place after all the hiking.

With a map, is it easy to find our way in the mountains to get to all the scenic spots you mentioned? Would there be sufficient sign to show us around?

need to firm up the route and make all the bookings.

Thank you for the information

You'd better enter it from its South Gate.

The warm spring area located in the south of Zishifeng and the north coast of Tangquanxi. It is a nice place for you to have a rest after all hiking.

I think a map is a need for you. There is sufficient sign to show you around.

Hope you enjoy yourself there.

Mrs. Joy

I take your advice to approach from the South.
Would you please tell me how to get to Zishifeng and Tangquanxi?
This is the last segment of my tour in HuangShan. Which hotel is closest to it?
just need to firm up the booking before I take off.

many thanks
