Q : Now the VISA I have..    Enter before :  13th July 2010    No of entry  :  1    Max stay      : 30 days   Can I enter by 10th July 2010 and stay after 13th July in mainland China ?.

Yes, you can. 13th July refers to the time limit of your visa to enter China. That means you can enter china anytime before 24:00 on 13th July. Max stay is counted from the date of entry, you can live china for maximum 30 days.
