About:Best Time to Visit Beijing

We are planning for a tour to China between 21-31th. December. What would be the weather like? Is it a good time to visit and where are the places to visit? We would like to see snow.

If you would like to see snow, please come to Beijing and Harbin. Beijing is a must for visiting China, and Harbin is the beautiful Ice City. On the other hand, the Snow Festival will be held then in Harbin.
Please wear warmest clothes when come to Beijing or Harbin.
