Well, here is no direct transport connection from Shenzhen to Danyang. It is about 1800km between these two cities. I suggest you get to Nanjing first. If you do not want to spend 25 hours on the train from Shenzhen to Nanjing, you can chose to fly. The cheapest air ticket should be 1130RMB.
From Nanjing Airport, there are direct shuttle bus back to Danyang at 11：00、13：30、16：00、19：00, about one hour's ride.0
