It takes 11-12 hours by train from beijing to Xian.  In the east square of Xian Railway Station, there are tourist bus 306 to Terra Cotta Warriors, about one hour. The hotel can help you book a tour, if you want a tour, better to find a travel agent. You may try to contact this:travelchinaguide.com|tours. It seems they are based in Xian.
