About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi Guys! Greetings from Manila!
It will be my wedding next month with Mr. Wedding Bells. He is from India and is now in Manila for our wedding. We will eventually settle in the U.S. where he got a job. My question is this: one of our wedding gift we got is a free short trip to Hongkong (5 days). Will it be a problem for my Mr. Wedding Bells if we go to HK? I understand that Indian nationals can stay up to 14 days without visa in HK, but will it affect things now that he'll be taking this HK trip not from India but from Manila?
Any advise would be much appreciated. Thanks Much in advance!
Mr/Mrs Wedding Bells.

I don't think it is a problem for your husband to go to Hong Kong from Manila.
