About:Chinese Consulates in India

I need to go to China on business visit on behalf of my company in Mumbai for a few days.

Do I need an invitaion letter from the company in China, I shall be visiting for discussions.

can I download the visa application forms from any website?

yes, the Visa notification issued by an authorized unit in China (Visa notification refers to the form of visa notification issued by the government departments, companies and social organizations authorized by the Chinese Foreign Ministry. For detailed information, please consult the foreign affairs office of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government where your host is located).

Or invitation letter from the legally registered company in China is required.

Please apply for the Business Visa at the Chinese visa application service center in Mumbai.
