What is the best/cheapest way to get from Pudong Airport to JC Mandarin Hotel in Nanjing Xi Lu?

Take subway Line 2 to Nanjing West Road and than take a taxi.
After 16:00, you'd better take Maglev from the airport to Longyang road and than transfer subway Line 2.
Or you can take the airport Line 2 to Jing'an Temple and then take a taxi.
