Tourist Visit Visa for New Zealand citizens is required or NOT?

Sir, do you mean the requirements if New Zealand citizen wants to apply for a Tourist or visit-to-family visa to china? They are basically as follows:
1. Completed and signed visa application form.
2. One recent passport sized colour photograph.
3. Original passport with 2 blank visa pages and valid for over 6 months.
4. Travel itinerary prepared by travel agency, or copy of your airline ticket (e-ticket), or invitation letter from relatives, friends in China including the inviters' personal details and contact information.
