Hi, I'm wondering if anyone knows how the flood situation has affected Hunan. I originally planned to go to Fenghuang, Hengshan and Zhangjiajie in late July, but I'm afraid the flooding will make it difficult to go. Does anyone have any information on this?

It is hard to predict the flood but I've heard that the flood has no influence to Zhangjiajie. There has been flood in Fenghuang but it has gone in early June. Sorry I got no information about Heng Shan, you can get to Hunan first and ask local people wether it is suitable for tourist.
