My travel companion has a severe allergic reaction to food containing MSG. Considering that accommodation is in five-star hotels, is there a possibility that we would be able to get meals without this additive? I believe that it is very hard to find meals that don't contain it, and this would make travelling to China out of the question.

Thanks, Desley

Well, it's really a very troublesome problem in China. However, it surely can be solved. I suggest you check this with the hotel for sure.
